Test Method

This assay detects internal tandem duplication (ITD) variants within the juxtamembrane domain of the FLT3 gene. ITD variants occurring outside the regions targeted by the assay may not be detected. The analytical sensitivity of the assay is approximately 1% variant allele frequency (VAF), as determined by fragment length analysis.
