2 x Citrate (Blue).

This test must be Pre-approved by on-call Haematologist.
Please indicate on the laboratory form if the patient is receiving Direct Anticoagulant therapy.

Register for NCOA only. Give copy of form and Specimens to Haematology. Do not register any other Coag test.
If an SST tube is supplied for Cardiolipin - Put this in ns Biochem freezer as per usual - but DO NOT REGISTER.
Haematology will register/add any test once the on-call haematologist has approved.
