Requests for these antibodies must be accompanied by a completed Neuronal Autoantibody Request form and require approval from a relevant specialist.

International sendaway:
Centrifuge and separate. Aliquot into a screw top Sarstedt vial. Routine serology tubes with a push in lid are unsuitable.
Check that two points of ID are on sendaway aliquot. Place at -20°C with a copy of the form in the plastic container labelled "International Sendaways" in the walk in cool room (FA18A).
