1. Identify each tube. Ensure you do not tear off labels if specimen type is written on the label tail-e.g peripheral or Systemic (P), arterial (A), venous(V) 2. Label request form ONLY and register –code RRS 3.Produce sample labels using the Label Request at each station. Choose Recirculation Studies. Three labels will print. 4.Place the printed labels on the heparin tubes-ens uring the labels are matched to the appropriate tube. The P label is placed on the peripheral specimen. A on Arterial and V on Venous. 5. Centrifuge
