Methodology: Chemiluminescent immunoassay
Platform: Bio-Flash, INOVA Diagnostics Inc.

Laboratory instruction:
Register DDNA.

If DsDNA only requested there is no need to send aliquot to LabPlus.

If ANA/ENA also requested, register ANA1 only. Aliquot for LabPlus and ANA hold.

If TESTADDing after registration, add both ANA1 and HANA ( ANA hold).

Store “ANA HOLD” in Specimen Services freezer.

Stability for test add : 10 days from collection time

Note: all stabilities are if stored in the fridge. Test adds can be added after longer periods if samples have already been frozen.
