Ensure original urine is labelled with lab #

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Psychiatric patients in Mason, Rongoa, Rerewai are registered for UDOA. Otherwise, code as OD if from other wards e.g. ED,ICU,wards etc.

Urine samples for toxicology screening are stable for a week at 2-8 degrees
