Part of Thrombosis investigation, if requesting full Thrombosis investigation please supply four 2.7mL sodium citrate (blue) tubes

Collection instruction:
Please send 2 x Citrate (blue top) tubes

Laboratory instruction:
Register with a dedicated lab number. Photocopy form, give it to coagulation department

Centrifuge, send to haematology to separate and double-spin and freeze.
