4 mL Plain Blood (Red Cap, Preferred), 4 mL Lithium Heparin (Green Cap), 0.5mL  Plain(Microtainer) for Paediatric patient. Trough: hr before next dose. Peak: Oral (2hr after), IV (15min after).

Transport

Within Auckand: Refridgerated (2-8°C) or ambient (8-24°C). Outside Auckland: Must be refridgerated (2-8°C)
