Laboratory Handling

Phlebotomy

Heparin tube is NOT SUITABLE. The specimen should be taken at least 10 hours post-dose, and ideally 12 hours (+ or - 30 minutes) post-dose.

Separating

Serum needs to be separated from cell within 4 hours.

Sample Stability

1 day at 15-25°C, 7 days at 2-8°C, 6 months at -20°C
