4 mL Plain blood (Preferred), 4 mL Adult EDTA Blood, 0.5mL Paediatric Microsample Blood (Preferred), 0.5mL Paediatric Micro-EDTA Blood. SST and Heparin tubes are no longer suitable tube types for this assay.

Send refrigerated up to 4 days. Send frozen if more than 4 days.

Centrifuge and aliquot (500uL). Place in HPLC rack in freezer 36
