Automation staff: The following should be entered to SCOM and authorised by senior staff: "CKMB:" "This test is not available for routine clinical use. Troponin is a far more sensitive and specific test for evaluation of myocardial injury. If special circumstances exist, contact the Chemical Pathologist on call."
