Clinical details essential.
Dedicated EDTA sample is required. Cannot be shared with other tests.
At least 4 ml EDTA whole blood
0.5 mL for paediatric microcollects

Fresh tissue: submit in sterile normal saline; send on ice.
FFPE/PET tissue blocks: store at ambient temperature.
