Preferred

• BD Urine Tube (no additive)
• EDTA (Lavender Cap)

Minimum Volume:
Adult Blood : 3.5 mL
Adult Urine : 5 mL
Paediatric Blood : 1 mL

Both EDTA and Urine collection is required for this test

DO NOT SPIN. Send as Whole blood EDTA, store at 4’C

Separate lab number from other Sendaway tests.
ALSO,
Separate lab number is required when EDTA and URINE sample are received.
