Must be Pre-approved by on-call Haematologist. Give copy of form and Specimens to Haematology.

Haematology will register/add any test once the on-call haematologist has approved.

Room temperature. Send to LabPlus within 24 hrs.
Test Code is PROM

If Factor V Leiden is also requested 1 x CPD is sufficient.
