Collection instructions:
Casual urine acceptable for neonates (up to 6 months) only. Minimum volume is 20 mL

Laboratory instruction:
The clinical information for the test must be clearly written on the request form. If clinical information is not provided, or does not provide sufficient justification for the test, the test may be declined.

30 mL aliquot of a 24 hour urine is required. Note the total volume of the 24hr collect on the form (send this copy form to LabPlus)
