2. Email Samarina’s both WDHB and ADHB PLUS labadmin email address with a screenshot of the request form for approval. Please use ""Vetting"" as the subject line.
3. Once it is approved, code as MOLG and send to LabPlus with a copy of the request form.
Send to LabPlus Molecular diagnostics with a copy of the request form.
Sample will be on-send to Invitae USA for testing.
Send at room temperature.
